The Zhatka machine converts low-voltage power into high-voltage pulses. These pulses are sent through a series of GI (Galvanized Iron) wires supported by insulators. When an animal touches the wire, the circuit completes through the ground, delivering a sharp, instantaneous shock.

Note: The shock is designed to be "Short Duration, High Voltage." This means it is painful enough to deter but does not cause a continuous "grip" or electrocution, making it safe for both humans and animals.
